First, thank you very much for writing your blogs last week. It was very interesting to read about your summer holidays. I think there were some common patterns to people’s summer holidays.
For example, Hiroki, Akihito, Chisato, Naoya, Takaaki, Hikari, Narifusa and Saki all studied for their drivers’ licenses. Some people were successful, but others weren’t. Keep trying!!
Nearly everyone went back to their hometown: Hiroki, Yukie, Ayano, Yurika, Chisato, Akihiro, Narifusa, Shiho, Yasuhiro T., Takaaki, Hikari, Kousei, Yuri, Toshiro, Kaori, Shotaro, Yoko and Ayato (but his hometown is Shimonoseki!)
Yukie went overseas to Qingdao, and Yasuhiro H., Naoya and Toshiro all travelled within Japan. By the way, Yukie, why did you go to Qingdao. Was this for 国際インターンシップ?
Yasuhiro H. (baseball), Ayato (tennis) and Toshiro (futsal) all participated in sports matches.

For this week’s blog, I want to hear your opinions about “children using mobile phones”. Some children may become “mobile phone addicts”. Some children may use their phones too much and get expensive phone bills. Recently there was a similar debate in Japan, with Osaka talking about banning mobile phones at elementary schools. What do you guys think?? Is it good or not good for children to have mobile phones? For example,GPS function,buzzer and limit of connection to Web site. These functions are useful for safe. If children did not have mobile phones,they would involve various crimes. I think that children should have mobile phones since they are elementary school students because their safe is indemnified from their boyhood. I understand that to have mobile phones is dangerous for children. And bills and price of phones are very expensive for their parents and children. But parents have to put life of their children before money. I think that children ought to understand good points and bad points of phones. One is that parents should pay attention to the safety of their children. If children have their own mobile phone, they can contact with their parents when they face a danger. It is important for us to exchange our opinions each other. I think children should not have mobile phones. Do you know how many times we look at the screen of mobile phones in a day? This answer is 24 times on average. Children have much more free time than us. However, they have a lot of things which they must do in their free time, for example, playing outside, studying. If they have mobile phones, they must be crazy about checking their e-mail, surfing the Internet, playing games of mobile phones, and so on. Using mobile phones robs children of many chances and much longer time. In spite of this bad situation, many parents give their children mobile phones today. In other words, they rob their children of a large number of things.
Parents ought not to give such bad tools to their children.

It is meaningful for children to use mobile phones. For example, children can learn social rules, morals, partial common sense and so on. I disagree with this question because it is dangerous.
I have two reason why children should not have the mobile phone.
My first reason is that they depends excessively on it.
In particular, the generation when they are young all the more.

Therefore I can feel relieved by getting communication immediately. If a child does wrong how to use, a child may be dangerous. I had mobile phones at the age of 14 years old. I thought that it was a dangerous thing first, but I thought that I had a good experience. I interested about other think by having a mobile phones.
